Thoughts on Saleforce

I am a SalesForce.com user, and have a love/hate relationship with it.  Well, hate is too strong a word, let me just say that:

At times I can find SalesForce.com intensely frustrating. 

And I don’t (always) mean the software, I typically mean the company policies towards it users.

So I created this blog to have a place vent about SalesForce.com, and also to take about some of the really cool things about SalesForce.com.  And if you have anything you think I should mention, leave a comment on this post.

NOTE: I’m amending this post because I was referenced as an "anonymous blogger" in this article.  When I started this I simply didn’t think to include my information.  My name is Mike Schinkel and I am publisher of the How-To-Select Guides and we currently using SalesForce.com for managing advertising sales.
